The two part episode of Voyager, 'Equinox' has always been one of my favourite sets of Star Trek episodes. While it's not as drawn out as in the films, I think it has a certain gem to it.



There isn't very much of it on YouTube there, but I also thought that the several moments where Voyager is perusing or attacking the Equinox during Part II were something to savour.

Another good one would be DS9s 'Paradise Lost,' where in the Lakota attacks the Defiant while Sisko holds Admiral Leyton hostage.



Not to mention the fight in 'The Way of the Warrior.'

Probably one of my favorites is from Message in a Bottle, mainly because of the exchange between the Doctor and the EMH Mark II.

That scene was awesome :)
Though some of the better combat scenes were from voyager with the hunter cadre.

I've always loved the battle of Sector 001.
It's funny to look back at these episodes, really surprises you how much movie effects have changed over the years.
